Refund policy

Returns & Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns here at Sugar Grandpa Studio.  HOWEVER, please be sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
To make the process easier when requesting a refund, please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • Reason(s) for refund request
  • Which items need to be refunded
  • Photos of items (if they have arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item)

If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take quite some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.

Refunds will not be accepted if requested more than 10 days after receipt.

Refunds will not be available for final sale and/or originals.

A quick note about shipping and processing time:  We appreciate your support and patience with us so much, as we are just getting started, please allow for ample processing and shipping times (1-3 weeks) as we figure our out our sh*t.  Thanks loves.
